Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

Please note: Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled using the booking link. To make any changes to your appointment, you must contact us by phone or email.

Appointment Reminders

• Tillie’s Skincare Studio will text reminders the day before your visit.

• Please respond to confirm when you receive your reminder notification.

Arriving Early

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  The door will remain locked until that time, so we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late and another appointment is scheduled after , your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
  

• If there is not enough time to complete the service, your appointment may be deemed cancelled, and the full service fee will apply.
