Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge for the full service.

• If you no-show or cancel at the last minute the full service fee will apply.

  We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Charges will be applied to the credit card used at the time of booking.

Appointment Reminders

• Tillie’s Skincare Studio will text reminders the day before your visit.

• Please respond to confirm when you receive your reminder notification.

Arriving Early

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  The door will remain locked until that time, so we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late and another appointment is scheduled after , your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
  

• If there is not enough time to complete the service, your appointment may be deemed cancelled, and the full service fee will apply.
